How do I book a Session?

How far in advance should I book?

The NRP studio is typically booked out 4-6 weeks in advance, but don’t let that stop you from any last minute inquiries. We completely understand that sometimes there can be spontaneous and time sensitive circumstances, so we will do our best to accommodate these types of requests.

Where will I be photographed?

A lot of variables are considered when selecting a location. We do our best to factor everything in order to produce top quality images for you, so each session we offer is tailored to the the client (and their wardrobe), session style, weather, time of day, and the season. So we prefer to wait closer to your session to see what the weather pattern is like and we will be in touch with a direction for your session.

Does my session fee apply to my order?

Our session fees are utilized to reserve a spot on the studio calendar to guarantee availability, and to cover the time and talent of your photographer.

Do I have to purchase a collection in addition to the session?

Investments of our sessions are segregated into two steps: Session Fee (at the time of booking) + Collection (during the Order Session) = Total Investment

How long does a session last?

The time range of our sessions vary based on the session type. Our mini sessions average from 15-30min, while our full investment sessions average anywhere from 30min-1.5hrs (specifically newborn sessions range from 2-4hrs).

What is the turnaround time for me to see my images?

Normal turnaround time is approximately 4 weeks. There is an additional charge for galleries requested to be edited within 7 days of Session Date.

What is the turnaround time for my order to arrive?

Because the Albums, Farmhouse Frames, the Woodland Collection are all custom created for your order, these items can take approximately 6-8 weeks to arrive after your order date. All other product can arrive in about 2-4 weeks.

What is a Gallery Reveal?

We choose to offer a full service experience to our clients, which means we want to be with you from the beginning at the consult to the end when we are guiding you through selecting your artwork. At the time of your Order Session is when we unveil your entire gallery. There's nothing quite like seeing your images for the first time on our 50"+ screen rather than your phone or 13" laptop (that's not likely to even be color calibrated).

Can I purchase just the digital images?

We believe in heirlooms made to last more than your lifetime. This is why in addition to tiered digital selections, each of our full investment sessions are carefully curated with museum quality artwork so you may relive those moments each time you look at your walls.
